Used 2015 Land Rover CT 200h

I bought my 2015 Range Rover Evoque about a week ago and I absolutely love it! Carvana's customer service team was awesome and a great help every time I called them. Every single rep I talked to was so nice and did everything they could to help me solve my problems. The online purchasing process was so convenient and quick that I would never buy a car any other way again! As for the pick up process, it was so easy. The rep at the pickup location already had my paperwork ready for me to sign and he explained everything to me. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Also, after my purchase I found alignment issues with the car and Carvana's reps were very helpful as to what I should do next and directed me to the right place. Thank you Carvana customer reps!

I really enjoyed the online experience and would definitely buy from Carvana again. The pick up process still needs a little bit of work. I was pre-approved through Carvana but utilized third party financing. Even though I provided proof of third party financing, my pick up was delayed from original scheduled time because they require 24 hours advance notice. Given that Carvana also had me approved this additional delay and reschedule of pick up was unnecessary. I must say though that my car was beautifully detailed. It is a 2013 model but looked virtually brand new.

I purchased a Range Rover delivery was delayed three times one time transport truck broke down another was the delivery truck was involved in a crash. Car didn't have some options and had lots of scratches at round the car that was not disclosed. I notified staff very responsive to complaints they are currently trying to make it right.

Other companies say no hassle however they truly are upfront with everything and no hassle. I'm not one to write reviews however I had to write this one.

Bought a car thru Carvana, then talked my son into buying one the next day. After we received the cars, we found out about the referral program. Only to be told my referral was too quick and it doesn't apply. Ridiculous! What a shame.
