Used Land Rover Discovery Sport with Hands Free

I travel for a living so when I find a make and model I want, I want the process to be as painless as possible. Carvana did that through the entire process with one catch. My car was noted as having SiriusXM radio, one of my two required options. When the car arrived, I did not have time to test drive and was not worried with the 7 day guarantee. Once I got in the car, everything was great except no satellite radio. Called and let the Carvana rep know there was another make and model identical that I was willing to trade for as long as it was confirmed to have satellite radio. After much back and forth, no one could really answer the question to if it did or not so I decided to have the car brought in and see for myself. By the time we got to that point, the car had already been reserved by someone else. The rest of the process was as smooth as silk and I would recommend Carvana but they do need to get tighter control over what is included with the car.

Carvana made this exchange very easy. This was my first time buying a car online, so I had many concerns. There was a Carvana representative avaiable to answer each of my concerns. They continued to stay in touch after the purchase was complete.

This has been the easiest process I have ever gone through to purchase a vehicle. I contacted customer service with a few questions and they were so very helpful. I even received a follow up call back when the issue couldn't be resolved same day. I have already started to recommend to everyone I know looking for a car to use Carvana.

From the minute I logged on, to the delivery, I am still so excited. It's been a week and I absolutely loved the entire experience. Will never buy another car unless with Carvana! I'm a tad disappointed that Land Rover did not come manual, though. Very hard to figure bells and whistles without some direction.

The process of completing and submitting paperwork for purchase was simple a stress free. The representatives are good about staying in contact with you and guiding you through the process so there are no surprises. With that being said there were some disappointments as well with buying through Carvana. For one I was less than impressed with the Carvana quality of their certification and detailing. My vehicle had multiple easily identifiable issues including over a quart low on oil, half of the oil pan bolts missing, suspension noises which was found to be due to missing bolt in strut, emergency brake warning light, cup holder broken and steering out of alignment. These issues were confirmed by two separate service departments. In addition the cleaning detail was sub par at best with rather dirty leather seats that I was able to clean easily with leather cleaner. In addition I was told and expected to have my vehicle delivered on a flat bed. Instead it was driven by someone in for delivery. The delivery person was very professional, but this was not as advertised. Lastly, it is obvious that Carvana is not in the finance business, so they shouldn't offer it. I have greater than 850 credit rating and was offered 8.1%! In contrast was offered 3.8 and 4.1 by a few local banks.

The process was very easy and I would recommend Carvana to anyone. The staff was fantastic and very knowledgable. The only negative, which is not small, is that the automobile I purchased has specs of gray paint splattered on the passagner side that did not show up on the images and my vehicle is white so be careful to look closely. My vehicle also needed new brakes and one of the senors had been broken by a rock which I had no way of knowing until I drove it. The warranty covered the sensor but not the front brakes. The vehicle was not very clean when I picked it up. It had food crumbs in the back and the outside had mud splattered on it beside the wheels.

The whole process was very easy. No haggling necessary. Receiving my car from a vending machine was super fun
