Easy, straight forward process and pricing. No surprises like dealers who refuse to sell you the car YOU want and tack on outrageous imaginary "fees". Carvana has excellent customer service, from the phone agents to the drivers- very nice! 7 day to questions asked return were explained and encouraged- but no need for us- the car is GREAT! the warranty doesnt end there. Carvana heavy keychains, a giant yellow bow for our new car and even a 4" heavy silver "token" for the Carvana vending machine. Recommendation: After 23 years as a director of customer service/call centers I can advise that keeping the customer engaged is key. We waited 2 weeks for our car and in that time we did not her from Carvana at all. There was no reason for them to as we had completed all paperwork, insurance verification, etc. BUT we just made a HUGE purchase- we want to talk about it! I think Carvana should at least have a text that goes out counting down the days..it might have made a difference had we started to "stray" and look at other cars and thinking about canceling our purchase.
