I totaled my car june 8, and rented a car for two weeks, hoping my insurance would be done at that time and I also started looking at carvana, I found a car and set up paperwork, insurance was sent for Friday 24th, which I could take the rental back, they reset delivery date until Monday, which I work, so I reset for Tuesday, which I was off, carvana rescheduled in for Wednesday which I work and Thursday I start my vacation!! I called them and all they could say was you will really like the car, first I had to rent the car for an additional week, had already scheduled insurance to start since the 24 and I'm missing a day of work just to tell me I will really like the car? I never got compensated for anything, never given an explanation until I found the phone number to talk with a live person and the day of delivery, the car was not even cleaned or ready for delivery so that set it back two hours! Carvana is supposed to be for my convenience and all I got was inconvenience
