The experience was very easy. Beats being in a dealership for a full day to try to get a vehicle. The paperwork was easy, delivery was perfect and updating documents was convenient. The car came in a good condition with an the carfax info,
and so far, it works great! Customer service was easy to reach. I removed a star for a couple of reasons; first, there's only a short period of time to submit insurance information. I ordered on a weekend, so I basically had a few hours to contact my insurance in Monday and update adding a new vehicle to it, which caused for my delivery date to be moved a couple of days more. My other issue was my interest rate, I have a good credit score, I pay 4.2 interest rate on my other vehicle, the carvana rate is not competitive at all, a little too high.
