Communication back and forth with Carvana Reps was easy; process was very quick and stress free; the young man who delivered my car explained everything after I went for a test drive and before I signed all the paperwork. The reason I cannot give a 5-Star review: Four days after getting my car, I found several spiders (my nightmare!). After having someone else get rid of them, I discovered a bunch in one of the vents. A mobile detailing company came and got rid of them. Two days later I went through the car wash and while vacuuming noticed cobwebs, mud and what looked like hay in every corner of the back seat area. Next day (day 8) I noticed more, new cobwebs. Today the detailing company came again and washed every corner. I'm feeling a little anxious, but hopeful there won't have to deal with any more spiders.Read More4.8 OUT OF 5

I got a great vehicle with low miles and saved thousands over what I would've paid at a dealership. No pushy sales person. No one trying to upgrade me to something I didn't want. And the delivery of the vehicle was seamless. Carvana even offered me nearly $2000 more for my trade then any local dealer. I made several calls to customer advocate group and they were very apologetic and did their best to resolve the delays. I know they listened because as I picked up my car, the delivery agent had placed personalized sports swag in my car to make up for the inconvenience. I later found out that my conversations were notated in detail and they were able to pick up on my favorite sports team. Destiny with underwriting was very helpful, very informative and contacted me when promised. I honestly thought I would not go through with this sale after the delays, but after receiving the car and getting personalized service I am a believer. We had some issues along the way, but the Customer Service was on top of it and ensured what could have been a bad experience for me to come away more impressed at the company. The car buying process is excellent vs the traditional method, though it has a few minor issues needed to polish. For me the main issue I have is their APR for loans, it was a whole percentage point higher than through my bank (which interestingly is the same bank they used to quote my loan) I have a credit in the 800s. good paying job and no real debt (a revolving CC paid off every month). This ensured that I did not choose their loan options, but actually went with an outside bank (not even my bank, as I found an even lower APR at a credit union. Of course if I could have gotten a competitive APR with Carvana, the car purchase process is easier, because it is all in one system and less documentation to upload, but I had no option due to the terrible APR offered.Read More4.5 OUT OF 5

But I just couldn't stomach the salesmanship and the nearly $2000 (!) in dealer fees or confusing information about warranties. I decided to spare myself further negotiation and got what I was looking for from Carvana. One note: check the window sticker to verify certain features, I did see a few cars that said they had things like heated seats when they did not. The customer service pre-purchase was great, I called a few times and never waited more than 5 minutes. Post-purchase, there are much longer wait times, which has been the worst part of the process. But once I got a person, they were all very professional and helpful. If they couldn't answer my questions right away, they followed up with a phone call or email. The vehicle I got was as described. Interest rate is appropriate for my credit score, car selection was great especially when looking for a used Kia Niro which hasn't been on the market long.
