This is the future of car buying, and customer service. We had some issues along the way, but the Customer Service was on top of it and ensured what could have been a bad experience for me to come away more impressed at the company. The car buying process is excellent vs the traditional method, though it has a few minor issues needed to polish. For me the main issue I have is their APR for loans, it was a whole percentage point higher than through my bank (which interestingly is the same bank they used to quote my loan) I have a credit in the 800s. good paying job and no real debt (a revolving CC paid off every month). This ensured that I did not choose their loan options, but actually went with an outside bank (not even my bank, as I found an even lower APR at a credit union. Of course if I could have gotten a competitive APR with Carvana, the car purchase process is easier, because it is all in one system and less documentation to upload, but I had no option due to the terrible APR offered.
