Used Kia Forte with Manual

The whole process was extremely easy and convenient. It is a great business model. I do have to say that the car I bought was advertised with an automatic transmission, however the car does have a manual transmission. I did accept the car, I wish someone would have reached out to me concerning this.

Everything was great. I didn't get a test drive . Extra scratches that were not mentioned

The car was delivered with paper that needs to be removed from the left rear window. Also, the air in the tires hadn't been checked & the indication light was on. Sloppy work.

By far the best buying car experience. I was able to take my time to find the right car that met all my needs and price point. The process was very easy and clear to understand. Once I got my 2012 Kia Forte SX delivered they delivery agent took his time to explained everything again and made sure it was clear. Having 7 days to make a decision on a big purchase was great. It gave me peace of mind. The price of the vehicle was for the millage it had was a steal. Well under the suggested retail price. Other dealers had the same car priced 2k-3k more and with twice as many miles on it. I am already of thinking of buying my next car with Carvana.

Carvana has exceeded my expectations in terms of customer service and the deal I got on my recent purchase. The car was exactly as advertised and I've had no issues with it. I actually purchased this car as a gift for my mother and I loved that carvana went the extra mile to make it special for her. They included a gift basket with car accessories, a mug, and a t-shirt. They also included a $25 gas card! I 100% recommend carvana to anyone looking for a great deal on a used vehicle. It was painless and I look forward to purchasing another car through them.

Received our car yesterday. Overall, the condition was as advertised. The Carvana representative was very courteous and attentive during the delivery. He listened to our concerns and noted them in the file. The main issues were an engine leak, non-OEM spare tire foam insert and missing spare tire inflation kit. Carvava will be addressing those through the limited warranty service. In addition, the interior cleaning/detailing was not really up to standards. We had to do a lot of post delivery clean up of the cabin. not a huge deal, but kind of a hassle when you just received the vehicle.

I bought a Kia Forte for my daughter in my living room that took about 25 minutes. Much better than sitting in a car dealership for 4-5 hours being pressured and wasting a day!

Ok where do I start... The hardest part of this experience for me was getting my license switched over and that was my part. You guys truly made the first time car buying experience for me incredible! Every person I talked to was genuinely helpful and super excited for me too. A serious relief to feel like you have people in your corner especially in a situation like car buying which has a reputation of being a bit intimidating. I can't lie since my pickup date was about 2 weeks after I decided to purchase my car I did decide to go to a traditional lot and weigh my options... I was a little impatient I guess abs wanted to make sure I was making the "right" decision. I left there with a stare down, intimidation, and having signed foreign documents just to test drive a car. I knew then that I was making the right decision on choosing Carvana. I can't say enough good about this experience! I wish all grown up decisions were this easy. Thanks for taking care of me Carvana and I love my new car!!
