Used Jeep Renegade with Manual

I had been researching to find the best SUV with manual transmission. I had my eye on a Jeep Renegade. Before I knew it, someone snatched it up. I then clicked on the back up offer and within a few days I was notified that it was available. I am the happy owner of it. The experience was a smooth process.. The financial component was the best ever.

I was able to find the car i wanted with a manual transmission!

It was such a smooth process, from start to finish! I began searching vehicles on a Monday, found the car I wanted and began the sale process Tuesday. Last minute I had to move my purchase date up and without any hesitation the agent I spoke with helped with that - moving the delivery date up by a whole week! The only delay was in the actual deliver of the car, but it was due to a delay in the alignment process done by the mechanic. My car is incredible; everyone I dealt with from the phone agents to the person who dropped off my car was super helpful and kind. I've raved about the experience to everyone I know - each person is very impressed with the ease!

Carvana was extremely easy to work with and made the process extremely easy. I love my new car. They were also very responsive when I found minor issues with my car. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 star rating has to do with the overall inspection of the car done by Carvana . 3 weeks after i purchased my car and only 500 miles of driving my oil change reminder came on. I thought this was strange since I just bought the car. When I took the car to have to oil changed, I was told that the oil hadn't been changed in over 8 months. On the oil filter the date and mileage were written on the outside. It seems like changing the oil would be an automatic step when Carvana received the car and processed their inspection. So, now I'm concerned if there are any other things that were missed on their inspection.

I just bought my first jeep. AMAGING! Summer weather is intense and I am confident with my new purchase I will have zero worries.

Two weeks ago I went to look at cars with a preapproval letter. I looked at 2 cars in two and half hours because the sales man wanted to haggle over what kind of deal he could get me, all the while not getting any where near my target price or monthly payment. With Carvana I choose how much to spend, what features I wanted and what I wanted my monthly payment to be. No back and forth awaiting to hear back on what the manager could do for me. Then once I had my selection, they brought the car to me. 30 minutes from them arriving at my house, till they drove off with my car. Amazing, I will never buy a car though another dealership again.

I bought my Renegade a week and a half ago. The experience with Carvana was awesome! The Renegade is everything I expected and wanted.

Just had a Jeep Renegade delivered yesterday. The process from clicking the submit button to delivery was flawless. Everyone I spoke with was super friendly and not in that fake way. They all seem legitimately wanting to help.... and the delivery guys were phenomenal. Super helpful and funny and knowlegeable. But after I took delivery of the vehicle - I noticed a small chip/crack in the windshield. It was raining so I didn't notice it before the driver left. So I called Carvana literally 20 min after delivery. I explained the situation and they made me jump through a few hoops before agreeing to repair it. They told me that I technically should have noted it with the driver. Which I understand but I was literally calling 20 min after delivery. But oh well they made it right anyway. Then a few minutes later I noticed the AC was no longer working. I called again and they had me talk to silverrock. Silver rock told me to take it to pep boys and they will fix it. So I do that this morning and pep boys calls me a few minutes later saying "silver rock says they won't cover this because you need to take it to a Jeep dealership". So I'm back on the phone with silver rock who confirms that they don't cover it and told me that no one would have told me to bring it to pep boys... ok? So I call Carvana who also confirms that I need to take it to a Jeep dealer and then 3 way calls silver rock who was supposedly supposed to expedite a repair through a Jeep dealer for me. Silver rock gets on the phone and the Carvana guy leaves the call... and then silver rock promptly says "you need to find a Jeep dealership on your own. There is nothing we can do". So now I'm dealing with Jeep on my own with no assistance from Carvana or Silverrock on a car I bought yesterday with an extended warranty. I'm probably ranting now because it is still fresh for me and it's just a frustrating experience for a car I bought yesterday. I might just return the vehicle at this point and try again. I'm not sure. Carvana customer care has been 10/10. Unfortunately the issue seems to be with communication and information. Hopefully this gets fixed promptly so I can go back to loving Carvana and my Jeep Renegade.

I'm so glad we bought our Jeep through carvana. It was such a smooth process and everyone was so efficient and helpful. Will definitely buy again and recommend to everyone I know.
