Carvana I love you! I didn't get the delivery to the door treatment due to being more than 75 miles from a Carvana brick and mortar and not wanting to pay the $450 for a 46 minute drive. Pickup was in a church parking. The delivery guy was a courteous and helpful. I took the vehicle for a test drive, signed the papers and I was on my way. The tank was overfilled, tires practically brand new, bottled water in my cupholders, a carvana bag full of carvana presents and a few snacks for my trip home and to top it off, a $25 visa giftcard to have lunch or whatever fancied me on Carvana. No one should buy a car any other way! Only complaint....The medium sized tshirt is not going to fit this plus sized gal! Better luck next time! Wink wink!

The most convenient way to shop for a vehicle. Great experience

I bought my Jeep Liberty and the process seemed easy. I filled out the forms and added my trade in and got it for a great price. The only set back was the day of delivery they didn't know where my car was. "Lost in the system" I was told. 8 days later I had to drive down to the Atl vending machine to get my car. It was faster than having to wait another 3 days for delivery. Over all I like the idea. A few set backs but I love my new vehicle.

Had a few issues with the overall process, but they worked to fix everything and ensure I was satisfied.
