Used 2016 Jeep Compass Sport SE

Before even considering buying through Carvana I did a ton of research. But the more I read about it, the more the research solidified the fact that this company seemed to be great! So I decided to look for a car. In comes the car of my dreams, a white 2014 Jeep Compass Latitude with a leather interior. I had a great financing rate and the right down payment, so I did it! I decided I would pick up my car in Nashville (not too far from where I live in Indianapolis!) I took the drive down there on 2/6/2016 and got to the vending machine. The experience was beyond anything I have ever experienced. I put my souvenir coin and here came my car down the vending machine! It looked amazing, polished and washed up. To my surprise once it got closer to the dock, I saw a red bow on the top of the hood!! (Wow, can you say above and beyond?! The day before was my birthday, so they did that just for that.) Once I got a few papers signed, I was able to explore the pristine car and opened up the back seat and even found a birthday gift, that had all types of things to keep my car clean!! TOTALLY above and beyond. I am delighted with this dealership and after a week with the car, I am still in love!

I ordered my 2016 Jeep Compass in May 29th for delivery on June 8th. Easy website to use, easy verification process, great customer friendly associates. Two days before it was supposed to be delivered I got an email saying it was going to be delayed. An email, not a phone call, saying that I needed to call when I get a chance to reschedule. I called and rescheduled for June 12th. The guy on the phone told me Tuesday June 12th. When I checked on the app (CoPilot) it showed Thursday June 14th. Annoyed I called and he offered me $75 for my inconvenience. I really just wanted to know why the two different days. Anyways, fast forward to June 14th and the delivery went smooth. The gentleman from indianapolis that delivered it was an absolute professional and a pleasure to deal with. Love the Jeep. Saturday I took it on the highway for the first time and it pulled to the right and shook hard. So I called silver rock and the process to fix it was relatively smooth. Broken tie rod, BENT FRONT RIM, and needs an alignment. Mechanic said he wasn't sure how that wasn't seen by the people that sold me the vehicle. However, it's now been a week since I got the car and I haven't been able to drive it for 3 days. I'm not confident in their 150 point inspection. If I had it all to do over again I would have test drove it straight to a mechanic and had them search it over. The service is good and easy. I'm just not 100% sure Carvana has worked out the kinks in its process yet. Would I return as a customer again? It's possible. It is not something I can promise at this time.

I bought this a few weeks ago and I totally love my 2016 Jeep Compass. The people were so nice and helpful. I will never buy a car anywhere else!!!

I brought a 2016 jeep compass one week ago and I ABSOLUTELY love it. The only thing I was disappointed in was that it wasn't clean. It looked like no one even attempted to clean it, and I've read reviews where people had recieved gas cards and I got a cup and a keychain. But that being said the car was in good condition and drives well. The price of my car was very good and affordable . I would recommend Caravana to anyone.

I bought a 2015 Jeep Compass last week for my mother in law's birthday. The entire process was so simple, with the jeep delivered right to the back door! It came with brand new tires, full tank of gas, & even a gift card. The vehicle was mostly clean, aside from a caramel like substance smeared into the carpeting we discovered, & slime in the door compartments. I also had to pay for an additional key , as it only came with one. This was not stated on the website when purchasing. Otherwise I am incredibly happy with this purchase & wouldn't mind using their services in the future. I will have a detailing appointment set up for day of delivery.

Like many, I had doubts about the entire process. Only minor issue was it took awhile to get a trade-in quote on my old clunker. But besides that, the process was quick, easy and stress free. I financed through Carvana, got approved in seconds and got a great rate. Only had two phone contacts and the folks on the other end were very nice. Give these guys a chance. Oh, and my vehicle showed up on time and paperwork took five minutes. My used Jeep is like a new Jeep. The detailing on the car was amazing. Smells new too. Even though it has 32k mikes. Runs like a top. Very happy.

This has been the best experience I've ever had. After a bad car crash i was scared of driving and just the idea of going back to a car dealer made me nervous. The relief i had of selecting my car online and having it delieverd without the presure of the salesman made it so much easier.
