I had the vehicle delivered two days ago and it was excellent. The vehicle arrived and the lady that delivered it was exceptionally nice. I test drove the vehicle before I signed any paperwork. The whole process was so easy and smooth. I also received a bag full of goodies in the passenger seat.

I purchased my car less than 2 weeks ago, and it was a great experience. All of the Carvana employees were extremely friendly and helpful. We did have one IT issue with the website that held up our process by a few days (I understand issues arise, but it was a bit frustrating that certain exceptions on the transport of the vehicle could not be made, even though the issue was on Carvana's end), but it was great other than that. Even during the glitch they did extend the hold on the vehicle so we never had to worry about losing the one we had chosen. Overall, the process was quick, easy, and positive. I would definitely use Carvana again, and I have already recommended them to others.
