Used Jaguar with LED Lights

I was very disappointed in the overall experience. I had to do the purchase process online 3 times because of technology issues which pushed back my delivery date. Once my delivery date finally arrived they called and said they would not be able to deliver my vehicle because they couldn't print the temporary tag and said all times were booked so I would have to drive to Atlanta to pick up the car. The process once I arrived was very smooth I would say though. Another disappointment came after I had the car about a week and then brake pads were already worn. I called carvana and they said they checked them and they were ok so I would just have to take it In somewhere and get it fixed. I was very let down by the whole experience.

I stumbled upon this website and I'm so glad I did. This is my first time ever purchasing a vehicle online. The service and the customer service is SUPERB. Financing was a breeze also. The only issue I have experienced is the car having a few more scratches and dings than reported. This is a very minor issue for me, so my overall experience was great.

This easily could've been a 5-Star purchase if not for some series of weird events. These events were well documented in the feedback of other buyers. Similar events included things like social security numbers and bank account input incorrectly -- I know it wasn't but all you can do is to tell them.... "Ah OK". Well enough of the negative. On the plus side; an easy and uncomplicated website made shopping simple, just add vehicles to the garage, compare, and buy. Knowledgeable agents quickly replied to all of my emails and set up the delivery date via phone calls. Delivery of the vehicle was late by a couple of hours ---- also noted in other buyer's feedback. This wasn't a big deal especially when the driver finally arrived. My car was exactly as advertised with minor scratches which were revealed and noted in the 360-degree view of the car. Overall, I'm happy with Carvana. I'm pretty sure that I would buy another car from them. The vehicle information posted on their website were accurate. From the the choices available on line, financing, to the follow-up all the way through delivery, which was done in days. AMAZING!!!!

The online car selection process worked well and I was able to find the exact vehicle I wanted at a decent price. I chose to trade in my vehicle and probably could have gotten more for it if I had sold it myself but wanted the convenience. That was offset a bit by the need to upload all the information about the existing car. The Carvana support team was good and helped me with the process. the delivery date slipped several times meaning that I had to purchase insurance for the new car a week or so before the actual delivery. Carvana was good enough to provide a rental for me due to the delay which was because of breakdowns in their delivery fleet. I was also promised a credit back on the purchase which I am looking forward to receiving. They also misplaced some of the title information for my old car. They FedEx'd a second set of documents to sign. Awaiting the title for the new car, still within the 30 days.

The staff was very helpful and thorough.I thought the value of my car that I traded in was very fair .and the vehicle I purchased was very fair as well. The transaction was seamless ! I would do this again !

Carvana makes the car buying process as easy as buying an item from Amazon. The car exceeds expectations and I will definitely refer anyone looking for a "new to them" car to Carvana!

I bought my car 2 weeks ago and couldn't be happier. Carvana employees are the best! No pressure, full evaluation, best price! I'll never buy from a dealership again.
