The Good: Nice car, liked having 7-days to decide, fair appraisal for my trade in, easy trade in.
The Bad: Verification process was frustrating, would upload documents and be told they weren't there.
App is garbage (used the Android app, can't speak for apple app).
Signed contracts probably 15 times.
Delivery of the car was pushed back 3 times (took a week longer than expected) and a lot of my time was wasted. I do feel that on the third time it was changed Carvana took care of us.
Overall- I would say this was fine and a viable alternative to a normal in-person dealership. I have had better car buying experiences, I have had worse. It's pretty neat to have the car dropped off to you, but a good salesman/finance department hasn't been replaced.
