Before purchasing the car, customer service was really good and after purchasing the vehicle, I hardly had a good response from associates. This is really disappointing for me, I mentioned lots of issues with the car but no one from Customer Service team responded back properly.
I have sent various photographs of the vehicle, explained the whole scenario to lot of advocates, but none helped me though.
There was one advocate who helped me little bit at-least by understating my concerns - I would say she was bit fair than others.
Overall, I would not recommend CARVANA to any of my friends, family or Colleagues.
