Overall, I'd say our experience was good, but was not without some glitches. The biggest one was that the car came up, we paid to reserve it, but when it finished inspection for some reason they let someone else reserve it too!! We called multiple times and got lied to (told it didn't pass inspection but then we saw the inspection report on the website.) And then got a really rude rep who told us we were out of luck and refused to let us speak to a manager! We called back and FINALLY got a person who was helpful, looked at the history and rectified their mistake. They then shipped the car and it was three weeks late in arriving. But overall we are happy with price and quality.
