I made my first auto purchase through Carvana and have been thoroughly pleased with experience. More selection while looking at cars. Process very easy. My one concern was the test drive aspect. But, the seven day trial period was adequate. I kept my vehicle, so did not deal with sending back. Upon delivery, there was a comestic issue with vehicle, mud flap piece by front, driver side. The delivery person immediately brought to my attention. This was covered by warranty offered by Carvana, a third party fixed issue, no out of pocket cost to me. They remedied issue.
