When my husband wanted to use them instead of a dealership I was worried since we couldn't physically see it. We purchased an Infiniti QX80 and got our loan through our bank and everything went through smoothly. The car was delivered to us for free and on the date we asked for it and it was available several hours earlier so we got it sooner which was awesome! Everyone from Carvana was extremely nice and knew what they were talking about. I literally called daily to check to make sure everything was okay (I'm just a little OCD) and I was always given the correct information from customer service, to the underwriter, to our actual deliverer. We were able to test drive the car and it came very clean contrary to what I've read from other reviews.
I will definitely use them again in the future and they have great, fair prices.
