I purchased my 2015 QX70 Infiniti on the recommendation of my credit union.This has been the easiest car experience that I have ever had. Carvana's customer service is simply the best.

Carvana was something I researched before I proceeded due to the unknown. Let me tell you, the whole process was off, but in a good way. The internet 360 view of car, phone reps, scheduling, delivery, inspection and pmt went smooth. Communication and customer service was like dealing with a 4 star hotel, like the 4 seasons or the ritz. Highly recommend checking it out. You will not be disappointed. Oh, and their price was $2K cheaper than the local dealers.

bought 2016 infiniti qx70. car is in great shape. no complains. easy process. saved time going to the dealership. Wish there was some room for negotiation since my trade in was lower than what other dealers were willing to pay.

Car was filthy inside, I have to pay for a detail job. Advertised as having Parking Assist, car does not have that...... Mismatched tires on a 2016 luxury car......classless Told someone would look into this and get back to me, never happened.

Great car. Good service. But the car was not cleaned from the outside. It looked like it was driven 300 miles away and not cleaned. Tree sap, bugs and mud on the car. I would have thought they do a better job of getting the car washed when you buy it. Had to get it detailed after I drove offf. Other than that it was a great way to buy a vehicle with out the sales hassle.
