The staff was very nice, professional, and was very helpful during the entire process. Once I initially received the vehicle I was impressed. But, slowly but surely I stared to notice things going on with the vehicle outside of the 7 day return period. My brakes begin to squeak, paint on the front bumper begin to peel, and I noticed my two front tires was balding. I will give Carvana credit because on 2 of those they where taking care of by SilverRock insurance free of charge. But the inconvenience I experience made buying a car from them an unnecessary hassle. To get everything taking care of my car had to go through an inspection to confirm my complaints which means not having my car in times of need and just feeling inconvenienced on a vehicle you felt was reliable because of the type company and multiple inspections the company list in there mission statement. It started off great but I hate to say it but I feel like Carvana has got one over on me. Hopefully we can figure out how to make this right!! I have already spent $159 dollars on the vehicle for brakes and I'm not happy especially since I JUST PURCHASED this vehicle.
