Like many, this was my first time buying a call online. I was considering buying from another competitor but the competitor's customer service was extremely rude. Carvana was the opposite and by far, gave me the best customer service experience I've had in a long time. Everyone I spoke with was knowledgeable, friendly, and relatable. The whole process was extremely smooth and efficient. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because the vehicle was not thoroughly cleaned in the interior. I also wish I was able to test drive the vehicle because it can be tough when you have to decide between a few vehicles and you've only driven one. Aside from that, great service and I will consider buying from Carvana again if they have the best price for a vehicle.
