The website is easy to navigate and the inventory of vehicles was impressive. I didn't have to haggle or negotiate to receive a great price. The interest rate that I received from Carvana was 2% lower than that of my local credit union! The vehicle was delivered last week and I am EXTREMELY pleased with all aspects of the process. I took delivery of my 2014 Infinity Q50 3 days ago and I have already notified my Customer Advocate Alison that I love it and am keeping it. Although the process was not seamless, the customer service more than overcame any issues that arose!

so this is my first time buying car from carvana and is an online kind off buying a car the experience was as painful and less stress then a traditional dealership experience I have to said is was a very great way to buy a car now the people from carvana is nice and truthful overall my experience buying car from carvana is nice if I can buy another car again I will buy from carvana again thank you so much for selling such a nice car!!

I bought a 2014 q50. It's in excellent condition. The site was very easy absolutely no hassle and the delivery person was very personable, professional and courteous. I received my car as scheduled with no issues.

Greetings, First I want to say that I am grateful that you guys financed me, although it will cost me dearly, I am grateful. My overall experience with Carvana was decent, I will go down the list from inception to delivery. First up was Is this a base model, I was told that they had no way of telling so I did not force the issue but did not want a base model but that is what I have. I was told that my car would be delivered by 9am but I did not get the car until after 6 pm due to tint having to be removed but I was told 10:30 and then 1 but it never arrived until 6, I ended up taking the entire day off from work vs a couple hours. I was given 3 keys, with 2 of them not belonging to my car, that meant taking the car to the dealer to get that corrected. I was very satisfied with the exchanges I had with Carvana front line (Phone support) and I was given the opportunity to change cars but knowing that my credit was weak, I didn't want to change ending up without a car so I kept what was delivered and will just have to be happy with not having any of the features I wanted.....Tint which was a big draw for me, navigation, auto start but the navigation was not such a big deal because you have to pay to keep it updated but the auto start, heated and cooled seats were a huge dissapointment but I would purchase again from Carvana because it is a great service and even though, I did not get everything I wanted with my car, I continue to tell people how it took me less than 10 minutes to get my car, without haggle.

I love my car & enjoyed the "no hassle" experience.

My representative that assisted me with my purchase was amazing. She was very patient and kind. She went out of her way to answer all the million questions I had.
