Used Brown Hyundai

We had already decided that we wanted to buy a Hyundai Tucson and wanted to find a brown one. Carvana had a nice selection of brown Tucsons to pick from and we loved that we could look over each car inch by inch and research each car's history. Carvana's customer service is very nice and answered all of our questions and helped us decide on our best option for delivery. The delivery person was so awesome he had the car ready for us when we got to the location that we decided to pick our car up at and even positioned our car so we could get some good pictures with his truck in the background. The driver even called later that day to make sure that we were doing good and enjoying our drive home. The 7 day test drive is really nice and confirmed that this was the car we wanted. Carvana even called us 1 day before our 7 day trial was up to see how we liked the car and to remind us that we had until five o' clock of the 7th day to call them if we changed our mind about the car. I still can't believe that we bought a car online but I tell our friends that it is really easy to do and fun. Plus how can you go wrong with a 7 day test drive , the 100 day warranty and delivery to your door. Where else can you find that kind of service?

Every step from getting a trade in quote to filling out and submitting paperwork was so easy! No pushy sales people either. The Carvana Team was polite and communicated each step with me along the way. The best part was the delivery of my new car right to my door. I HIGHLY recommend Carvana to anyone looking for their next vehicle.

I have already recommended carvana to friends & family - great experience - that being said I was told my guy that dropped the car off (Tre / on sat 1/14) would follow up. Never heard from him again. Surprising because every one else was so organized & great.

This was one of the best car buying experiences of my life. The cars are just as described, the process from car selection to finance options, to delivery is easy. Customer advocates are ready, willing and able to help. Constant communication. I even had a minor problem with my car and solved within 30 mins. I am telling everyone I know about Carvana. It felt good to be treated as if your business is wanted and that you as a customer matter.

Yeah, leave the dealership to the granny's. This was A+ service all around! Car arrived in immaculate condition. I was expecting the same ole dealership experience and some sales guy named Harry from the movie, Matilda. Couldn't be farthest from the truth. Exceptional experience and look to do business again later down the road for replacement vehicle!
