Carvana definitely made the car buying process a lot easier. The customer service is phenomenal, and there were only a few minor issues.
Process: The check out process online is easy, straightforward, and smooth process when financing through a third-party.
Communication: Everyone I spoke to on the phone was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Everytime you call, you talk to a real person, and they are actually there to help! The only communication issue I had was with my delivery date. I scheduled it for a Saturday, but Carvana rescheduled it without speaking to me first. It was rescheduled to a later date. Should use more email confirmation.
Car Drop-Off: When the car was dropped off, the Carvana employee (Tara) was great! She was super friendly, walked me through the steps, and made it a very easy transaction. She even arrived earlier than expected.
Car: Car was exactly like it showed online. I had it checked by a mechanic, and the only issue was with wheel/tire alignment. I explained that to a Carvana agent, and they are taking care of the cost for me. One note is that the car was not professionally cleaned before drop-off. It was vaccuummed and look good, but there was a lot of dirt underneath mats and trunk, dust in the vents. Definitely could of used a professional detail before customer drop-off.
Customer Service: Some of the best I've received from any company. 5 star customer serivce.
