Used Hyundai with Hands Free

I was impressed by the concept the first time I saw one for their TV ads. I finally tried out their website about a year ago and started a casual search for a newer car. The election was very broad but very easy to filter. Looking over each car was made easy, the pricing very clear. A year later I wasn't casual any more and I was just looking at a couple of vehicle makes and models. When I spotted my car, I was a couple of clicks away from ownership. No-one breathing down my neck. I like the car, the price and it was mine. Delivered at my convenience, with the test drive and paperwork done in under 15 minutes. And 7 days to change my mind! This is the way I'm doing it from now on.

I will never purchase a car any other way. This was so simple and straight forward. And every person I interacted with from Carvana was a huge help. They answered any questions and took care of all the details. Thanks for everything!

This is the first car I ever bought 100% on my own, and it was a great experience.  I love my new Hyundai Sonata Hybrid!!!  We did have to chase down the delivery guy when he tried to take the car to my home address instead of the delivery site, but that was comical, and he called 15 min before delivery so we were able to tell him to stop.  I have had a couple small after purchase issues with the car that have been quickly resolved by Carvana.  I wish I could do it all over again!!! Everyone that has seen my 2011 car thinks it is brand new.  

This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had.  The car was in pristine condition, priced very well and exactly what I wanted. The process was fast, easy and completely hassle free. Both Robert and Michael were a pleasure to work with.  The entire process took less than 1 hour - 30 min. to buy, 25 min. to drive and sign. I picked mine up at the vending machine and that experience was fun.  I highly recommend Carvana and I look forward to buying my next car here as well. 

My car was delivered on 4/9/2016 and the entire purchasing process was easy. I had a great experience and will purchase more vehicles from Carvana when the time comes. I highly recommend Carvana. My birthday was the day before delivery and in the car was a "Happy Birthday" bag filled with items. What a great gesture from them.

I needed a new car all of of sudden and was not looking forward to the experience, but Carvana exceded my expectations. Everything can be done online! I called customer service many times with a million questions and they were so helpful and nice. I was never on hold more than two minutes!

I absolutely love caravan easiest and affordable. I just bought my car and I already told everyone at work. No hassle no annoying sales person always calling. My brother bought a car he is pay more than I am for a small car he don't even like when I'm paying over a $100 less for an amazing car. Could not be happier
