Used Hyundai Santa Fe with Hands Free

My experience with Carvana was the most wonderful car buying experience I have ever had. I did my research narrowing down the car I wanted by driving around and spending hours at dealers. I almost bought one at a dealer but realized it was more than I wanted to spend. The next day, I looked at Carvana's website and the first car that popped up was this beautiful red Hyundai Santa Fe – the car I had decided that I wanted. From that point forward, everything seemed to just fall into place. My appointment to test drive the car went very smoothly – from the time I arrived at the "vending machine" to the drive away with my new car was 45 minutes, including the test drive. Carvana handled everything with my credit union and all I had to do was one electronic signature, which was applied to the documents in a quick and efficient manner. Once home I discovered the cup holder in the rear was broken. Carvana agreed to pay for those repairs as well as for a second keyfob for me. They also ordered new carmats which were missing in the car. Felicity, who assisted me with this experience, was pleasant and knowledgable. I highly recommend Carvana to anyone who is car shopping.

Carvana was very different because of its no hassel or haggle process. Nothing was differrent from what I received online vs what I got in person. The over the phone customer service was very helpful as well.

I had 3 cars in total. The first two cars I bought I liked but the AC didn't work (so much for checking the car I don't know how many times) However I love the third car and the home delivery is great!

I brought my car a week ago and I must say I am happy I went with Carvana. They made the car buying experience so seamless and easy. This was one of the smoothest and beat transaction thus far. The only disappoinment was I was really expecting the vending machine when I scheduled my pickup. I thought that was going to be the most awesome experience but to my surprise there was not a vending machine where I picked up my car. LOL. I bought a used car a week ago from carvana and it was a much better experience than dealing with a car dealer. They were curious and attentive. The only problem was a rip in the seat stitching that wasn't "noticed" until the delivery day. However, I was still happy to accept delivery as they said they would reimburse us any costs to have it repaired. Overall, I'd recommend carvana to my friends and family

Bought our car 2 days ago, absolutely not one single complaint. Everyone thought we were crazy buying a car online, until we tell them everything. They're like, "wow, that sounds awesome." I can't brag enough on the customer service with Carvana. All the employees seem eager to help and work with you. Even the people that dropped the car off were so pleasant! Delivery was right one time! We were scheduled for a 4:00 pm delivery. They were in our driveway at 4:01! We have decided that all future car purchases will be through Carvana! Brought the car to us with a full tank of gas AND attached a 25$ gift card to our surprise when we opened the latch to fill back up! THANK YOU SO MUCH Carvana! You have earned a lifelong customer.

Love the fact that I didn't have to deal with the many visits to various car dealerships. With Carvana, I saw the cars I liked and park them in "my garage." I park six cars before choosing the one I purchased I didn't even have the leave the comfort of my home. Carvana is the perfect time management way to buying a vehicle.

I am so glad that we used Carvana. We are parents with young children and no time to get to dealerships kid-free to test drive cars and haggle prices.
