I bought this car a week ago and I don't regret it one minute and I loved the process

Bought a Genesis Coupe and the process was smooth, simple, and easy. Worth!

This has been a great experience for someone that was skeptical about purchasing online. Not being able actually see or drive the vehicle prior to the transaction was my biggest hurdle. After finding the a vehicle that I really liked at great price and seeing a lot of current owner riding around with the Carvana tags/plate holders I thought I would give it a try. I am sure glad that I did and enjoying my 7 days test to own.

I was in hunt of car for almost two months and I was literally tired with these websites as when I used to call them they used to say this car has already been sold. I also went to their dealership centers but was not able to get a good deal. Most of the cars they had were being sold at KBB value and on top of that I had to purchase warranty by paying extra, also there was huge documentation fee ($500 - 700) involved which escalated the car value to another level. For everything penny I tried to negotiate I used to simply get an answer saying we have been in business for 60 years! I say, So what? Does it give you the authority to simply rip off customers? Also the bad part was that I had to go through car fax and filter out cars with any accident or any other issue which was a pain in itself. The car photos were also not good and it was very difficult to analyse the car without going to the showroom. After all this for months one of my friend told me about carvana. At first I was not aware that they sell only online. I started browsing there site and was so impressed by their 360 degree view of car, with minute details like scratches and their depth, color fade, cloth stain etc. This helped me to find a car that looked almost as new. Then I came to know that they only sell not accidental cars with 100 day dealer warranty and I was like WOW :). On top of that their website so complete that you don't even need to go somewhere else. I was able to read the review from Edmund's experts and consumer rating here itself. Difference between this model and previous year model. Car specs High Resolution pics and your cars real 360 view. Also they tell you the money you will save compared to KBB value, most of their cars had much less value than KBB and I cross checked it as well :) Finally I found the car I loved i.e. Hyundai Genesis Coupe 2013 and then tried to get loan and they gave me 1% less than what market offered me. Also they have a live rate calculator for customizing your rate under various parameters which is boon. On top of it they don't have those humongous charges for documentation. So in short I upgraded from Civic to Genesis with almost the same hole size in pocket :D :D :D Impressed Again. They also have option to get extended dealer warranty which I didn't choose as my car is still in warranty. Finally I went to collect my car and I was feeling how can second car buying experience be so easy and good. There must be some problem with the car however after seeing my car I was sure that CARVANA has been amazing and there are no hidden facts. Also they let me use the car for 7 days and decide if I like it or not. You can even get the car checked! As an added perk they changed my oil, filled gas, and gave me car book and everything a new car comes with. There support staff is also very helpful and knowledgeable. Sorry for the long review but I'm so impressed that words cannot express my happiness, I was literally struggling and you have made so happy by giving such a nice and simple solution at a very cost effective price point. I've been in the market for a new vehicle for about seven or eight months and I've been in and out of countless dealerships. I don't have the best credit admittedly, but I felt as though regular dealerships lost interest the minute they saw what I qualified for and tried to sell me vehicles I had absolutely no intent on purchasing. I knew what I wanted (the Hyundai Genesis Coupe), but could never get a good deal on it with my credit situation. Fast-forward...I receive an email from Carvana and initially thought it was spam. I decided to check it out for kicks, and saw that after I put my info in, I was automatically made aware of my interest rate, down payment and monthly payment based on any car I viewed. Found a great 2014 Genesis coupe with low gas mileage and every feature I wanted for an unbelievable price! I did my research and spent a few days researching Carvana (under the impression this was too good to be true) and completed my online purchase! Customer service was always friendly when I called and very informative. My care arrived exactly on time, in amazing condition and had additional features not even listed! (Hello push to start). The delivery man was very friendly and informative and explained how the seven day test drive worked. As ANYONE should when buying a new vehicle (regardless of where it's purchased), I took my Genesis to my neighborhood mechanic and paid the 50.00 pre-purchase inspection, and was told I had an excellent vehicle with NO issues. This has been such an amazingly painless purchase. The ONLY suggestion I can make is for the verification process. I purchased the vehicle and my delivery date was almost a week out. When I called to check to make sure everything was okay immediately after purchase, I was told my documents wouldn't be verified until 24-48 hours prior to delivery. I'm a very anxious person, and it was a little hard to wait to see if anything would go wrong right before delivery, but all went smoothly. Even got a goody bag, girl scout cookies and a 25.00 gift card at delivery! Will definitely be buying my vehicles from Carvana from here on out!! Thanks guys!

After 40 years of buying new cars and suffering through the experience, Carvana offered the exact car and features with an easy red carpet buying experience. It's been a month and we could not be happier with the car or more impressed with a company.

I was able to enter my financial information ahead of time to estimate my finance rates on the entire library of vehicles. This allowed me to immediately see monthly payments on car that I was interested in without going through the bank. Also the virtual tour of each specific car along with its pros and cons was fabulous! I loved the entire experience.

To start off, the call center is very pleasant, they work with you and they always want to make sure that everything is going good. The car delivery was very unique. He got there right on time, very pleasant and professional. The car is amazing. You will never find the best deal anywhere else. Low monthly payments, low APR. I would suggest Carvana to anyone. My experience was unique but they made it work for me. They took care of me. Don't go anywhere else, buy from Carvana.

So I found out about the site the night I purchased my car, and it came with ease. Not having any past experience with the site, I had no idea what to do. But their customer care center (1-800 number) took care of my every need, without a hitch. I started the car buying process at around 6 and was completely taken care of by 8-9! It's SO much better than going into a dealership and haggling with a salesman about the right price, because you already have that price on Carvana! I would recommend this site to anyone, especially since they give any car buyer incentives to hand out to their friends and family (I received $500 gift cards to hand out to people so they get a discount on a Carvana purchase themselves). What a wonderful site!
