Carvana provided detailed information and pictures of the car. It's a 2014 Limited model that just came off of a 3 year lease. The inside and outside look brand new. It is absolutely beautiful and unless something seriously wrong happens with this purchase, I'm keeping the car and Carvana will have a customer for life! I cannot think of a single reason to ever go to a dealership for another vehicle purchase. I absolutely love the service and concept that Carvana has brought to the automobile buying market. Carvana provides a comprehensive inspection on each vehicle and has rigorous standards on the type of vehicles that are accepted into their inventory. I have already recommended Carvana to family members and coworkers. I can't find a single negative thing to say about this company or the process. My advice is if you're n the market to buy a car, give this company your business. I know buying a car online is scary, but it has been the best experience for me!Read More5.0 OUT OF 5

We had a little issue the day that they were going to deliver with the dash lights. Carvana called immediately and worked hard to get it fixed and delivered as quickly as they could. I bought my car on a Sunday, it was delivered Wednesday night. The guy the delivered it was exceptional. Even though it was later in the day, he didn't act like it was a pain for him. He was very happy to answer any question I had, and encouraged me to take pictures of the whole experience. And everyone I spoke with was very upbeat and happy, even if they couldn't help me. Now here's why I can't give it five stars, and I almost gave it three stars. First, after I purchased my car, I noticed on the pictures on the website that the front bottom lip on the bottom of the bumper was missing. It's a black plastic piece that goes all the way across the bottom of the bumper. I did see the tabs sticking out that this lip attached to. I called Carvana, and the lady that I talked to was very upbeat, and she said let her talk to someone and see if they could get one, or pay for me to get one. I checked the price, and it was about 50 bucks,no big deal. She came back to the phone and told me that they couldn't do anything, because not every model of my car came with this part. And they absolutely do, it's part of the front bumper, and you could see the tabs where it was missing! I know a lot about cars, but I figured I wouldn't push it. I just bought the part myself and put it on when I got the car. Now here's the part that really bothered me. When the car was delivered to me, I have to say the car itself was beautiful, clean, and the guy said they put a new battery, brake rotors, and brake pads all around. A very nice touch. But......BUT.....the wheels were in HORRIBLE shape, with big, deep, scratches, large gouges and even had one wheel that the finish was completely off of half of it. Looked terrible. And the tires only had about 40% tread left, they were way too close to the wear bars for me to feel good about them. You couldn't see all these things in the pictures, no matter how hard you looked. My problem is they point out the little imperfections on the body, but say NOTHING about the condition of the wheels and tires. You point out a 1/4" spot in the paint, but say nothing about the horrible condition of the wheels and tires? Really? So the very first thing I did was buy new wheels and tires, an expense I definitely wasn't expecting. Wheels and tires are VERY important when you buy a car, especially when you pay almost $20,000 for it. At least they are to me, and I'm sure they are to most people. It wasn't enough for me to refuse the car, because like I said, the car was gorgeous. I strongly suggest to Carvana that they start giving more info on the wheels and tires, and maybe give less attention to a 1/8" scratch. But in the end, like I said, I'll still buy my next car through them. I'll just make SURE I know the condition of the wheels and tires BEFORE I buy.Read More4.5 OUT OF 5
