Though I do understand a delay, I am not keen on the idea of only have a 30 day registration and if expiring I will have to print another one that's from out of state. Also, with this I also cannot get the car inspected by my mechanic and I have a claim in with the warranty company to get stuff fixed. I did have to have paperwork ready to go regarding loan payoff details on my trade. The new to me car was as described overall, and gets much better gas mileage than my Dodge mini van did. The only small hiccups in the process were that carvana did have to change my delivery date to a couple of days later. Also, the color of my car appeared white in the pictures online, but was definitely off white/beige in real life. Each of these small issues were not a huge deal to me, though honestly. The detailed car reports, maintenance records and recalls are all there, upfront for you to view with no hidden surprises. You can finance directly through Carvana and you see the exact price you will pay! No deposit and no extra fees show up anywhere. What you see is what you pay. Love the ease of that. You accept the terms, upload your personal verification, provide proof of insurance and sign the contracts and you are finished! I bought a car in 20 minutes! Not 5-6 hours sitting in a dealership. It gets delivered right to our house (shout out to Ashley who was our Carvana advisor and delivered our car, she is awesome!) and then you have 7 full days to "test drive" your car. Way more thorough than a 10 minute test drive at the dealership. If you don't like it, you can return it no questions asked and have the option to choose up to 2 additional cars to try out with no extra fees or requirements.
