The whole online process was a breeze. I've spent less than an hour online looking for the right car for me. You get to pick your price range that's good for you. The associate got back to me less than 30mins about the things they needed from me and they were very nice. Also they came right on time for the delivery date it was very easy and such a quick experience

Just finished my 7 day free trial thing, and I'm super happy with my new car baby. Carvana has Millennial targeting done right: I was able to complete every step of my purchase online during my time and had no trouble communicating to a real person on the phone (I was financing through a third party and had to coordinate between Carvana and the third party). It really was a seamless customer service experience, with bells and whistles to boot via the vending machine treatment. I think the best part of the experience was the moment I walked into the location, signed my registration papers, my person gave my my keys and said, "Here you go. Wanna test drive it?" Seriously: that was it. No hassle or pressure.

My husband and I both hate the process of buying a car so when heard about this option we had to look into it. My husband first heard of Carvana because he listens to Clark Howard and he talks about this company on his show. Our experience was amazing. We were able to do everything online and to me it's actually easier to look at cars that way. All the details on each car are at your fingertips. We even had a minor problem with our car that was handled very well. Apparently the wheel liner was misaligned and rubbing again the car. We heard a funny sound when driving and to be honest at first we were really worried. We had gotten the car delivered and even though they have the 7 day return policy we felt it would be a hassle to return the car and start over. But Carvana told us to take the car into the Hyundai dealer since it was under warranty and to let them know what they said. It was about $200 to fix and Carvana covered it. But more importantly the dealership did a 180 point inspections and found a couple tiny things which Carvana also covered. (One was an air filter that needed changing.) The customer support staff at Carvana was always easy to reach and very helpful. We plan to purchase another car within the next year or so and will certainly go this way again!

After shopping around at local used car dealers and other online websites, I decided that Carvana gave the best cars for the lowest prices. I could find similar makes and models elsewhere for slightly less cost, but they would always be older and have 100,000+ miles on them, whereas Carvana seemed to have the newest models with the lowest mileages for less than market price. And it was super convenient. I live in Atlanta, so I was able to go to the "vending machine" location here, and found it to be an incredibly fast process of finalizing paperwork and exchanging my vehicle. Also, the people on the phone were incredibly nice and helpful. One negative--they did call me multiple times once I registered for the site but before I made the purchase. They are still sales people after all.

I got the car I wanted and did not have to leave the living room and the financing that i had in mind with no hassles.

I never dreamed that buying a car could be so easy.

Had a problem with a vibration in the back tires. they where out of balance I called Silver rock they told me to call my local my local tire dealer and when I got there they said they would not work with third party car care because they never got paid. Paid for the balance myself to get the car on the road for my daughter.
