The process was painless and easy. However, if I ever use Carvana again I'll be sure to have a mechanic give my new vehicle a good going over immediately during the grace period. I didn't realize it at first, but the truck I bought arrived with snow tires!
I discovered this myself 9 days after delivery and Carvana left me to deal with the insurance company because the grace period had ended. And SilverRock of course denied my request to swap them out for all season tires. Now, I'm willing to share in the cost for a set of all season tires but SilverRock and Discount Tire together determined that the vehicle was "not unsafe" to drive here in the summer. Despite the fact that every tire manufacturer recommends that snow tires not be driven in the summer due to diminished sidewall and stopping performance in the heat. So, there's that.
Other than this, it was a great experience. But I want to recommend that Carvana customers have their purchased vehicle checked out by a knowledgeable mechanic to avoid oversights such as mine.
