When looking for a used car this time around, I had already had a few bad experiences at several dealers -- dishonesty, cars that looked good online but were much more "used-looking" in person, the psychological games, etc. I had seen a car I liked on Carvana's website, but had never heard of the company, and so I was uncertain. When I was out of options, I was browsing the car again when a chat box popped up. The Carvana operator asked if I had any questions. I asked a lot of questions, and he was very helpful. Most of the "imperfections" pointed out online couldn't even be seen when I saw the car in person. I test-drove it, it drove great, and it was in great condition. After purchasing it, I took it to my mechanic during the 7-day return period (whoever heard of that for a used car?). He said, "There's absolutely nothing wrong with this car. It's a beautiful car." The car was even stocked by Carvana with two bottles of water and a Visa gift card for my first tank of gas! Carvana's customer service has been outstanding, and I'm so pleased with the whole purchase process and, most importantly, with the car! I've been telling everyone about this company and urging them to check Carvana out.
