Used Honda Odyssey with Manual

With a toddler and newborn twins I had outgrown my sedan. However I work full-time and shuddered at the thought of spending my already limited time trekking around from car lot to car lot. Friends and family suggested that I buy a new vehicle but I balked at the idea of paying upwards of $30K for something with enough room for my brood. I saw ads on Facebook for Carvana and figured I would take a look. I couldn't believe the selection and how easy it was to find vehicles with the exact features you were looking for. I created a profile to see how my financing would look. While the rate was not excellent it was 'fair' (as they say); but better yet you could now browse for cars knowing exactly what your down payment and monthly payment would be. All vehicle prices are very fair and in line with KBB specs. I placed my order and kept waiting for a catch. There was none! My minivan was delivered...just 20 minutes late (driver called to let me know though) to my home and ready to go. Vehicle was pristine and just as described. The driver even brought some little gifts for my boys on delivery! My only minor complaints is that I wish that Carvana would follow up with a phone call if there is an issue with your purchase documentation. I had logged on after my order to check my delivery time and saw that I needed to submit additional documentation. I was surprised, because I Carvana rep did call to request a better copy of my DL...but did not mention the other item. Also my car did not come with an owner's manual. Not a big deal...since they are online. But it would have been a nice disclosure to give with the vehicle description. Overall the entire process was incredibly easy and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend to others without hesitation.

I just had a our car delivery yesterday. Delivery went well and was easy. Did encounter some items while purchasing due to a technical issue. Process toke a little longer than I hoped but overall a good experience.

The entire experience was easy and enjoyable. I despise purchasing a car but Carvana has changed my outlook. The website is easy to navigate and loved how we could narrow down our options so we weren't looking through hundreds of cars we weren't interested in. The customer service is awesome and the people are so friendly and helpful. The person who dropped off the car at our house was very professional and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The car was clean and the tank was full. We will never buy a car from anywhere else.

My husband and I now both own Carvana cars and I doubt we will ever go back to purchasing from a dealership ever again. This is by far the easiest, most relaxing car buying experience ever. The representatives are friendly and helpful and their attention to customer service and satisfaction is refreshing, especially in this industry. You will not regret buying a Carvana car.

I had a unique experience with Carvana. I bought a van only to be contacted to let me know that it had a recall and was actually just removed from the inventory as I was purchasing it. So, I bought another vehicle in its place. They contacted me to tell me that in the pre-delivery check they discovered a glitch with the air conditioning that they wanted to fix before they delivered it which was going to delay the deliver until after the day I needed the car. They were very helpful in getting me into another car and doing their best to make up for the inconvenience. In the end, we settled on a Honda Odyssey. It was delivered promptly and professionally. We just got back from a road trip where we drove 2500 miles and it was a great ride. Very pleased with Carvana. Buying a car in the comfort of your own home and having it delivered to your door is hard to beat.
