Used 2009-2011 Honda Insight

I bought a 2013 Honda insight a week ago and it is the best investment I have ever made. The Carvana process is so easy and convenient that I will never buy a car anywhere else again. My husband and I have just purchased car # 2 from Carvana. The customer service goes beyond excellent. There is no long wait for someone to take your call, they always have an answer for you and are very courteous. I purchased this last car online in approximately 20 minutes with no haggles from a sales person and my car was delivered Friday with the same great customer service. My husband purchased his 11 months ago and we have had no issues whatsoever with Carvana. I would and do recommend them to everyone. We saved a lot of money and aggravation by cutting out the middle man. Thank you Carvana!!

I have been watching the TV commercials for quite some time. I finally had to purchase a car because my other car was totaled. My buying experience was awesome. The process from emails to speaking with representatives, chatting on line was excellent. Everyone I spoke with was very knowledgeable of the products. What exactly what you see on the web is exactly what you receive. There no hassle process is great. I would recommend for anyone to try. I would do it again. Thanks

The experience was very easy, Selection was great. However the delivery experience was way below expectations. My First delivery, I was called by driver and he informed me that his lights on the truck did not work and could I move my delivery from 7pm to 10am. I made arrangements to be home, on day of delivery they sent email telling me the car want start, and it would be another week before they could deliver. the second delivery they called me the day before and told me that it would be another two weeks they had only one driver and he was taking some days off. I called customer service to cancel the whole order because I thought waiting a month to get car was not acceptable, they told me they would do it on Sunday if I would drive down and meet them. I did drive 80 miles down to meet the truck at Walmart in Winder Ga, The delivery experience when they got there was great.,

I advised that if you're looking for a car under the 9,000 price range that you really think about if you're willing to not be too picky and that you're willing wait a couple of months to search for a car. Carvana does not provide a wide selection of vehicles within this price range so they go fast. It was hard finishing cars that were available &when you opt in to a car that may become available again by the time they email you it's gonna again. Also the process after you get a car on hold and it becomes available changes numerous times and they act like it is okay I understand a couple of weeks, but a few months is unacceptable for a person in need of a car they advertise how much of a hassle free process it is but compared to other car conventional dealerships the access to getting a car is much faster. Being that they basically make the car available whenever they please MAKE SURE you have that money ready to be verified in one account because they time you and will NOT give you an extension. I get that this is a business ,but it is very inconvenient that they can randomly make the car available after more than a month with no updates and expect you to be prepared for everything. Also the 7day return policy is not a full 7 days it start the day you get the car so they count that as one whole day so be mindful. Other than that the car delivery was smooth but it wasn't detailed but they do reimburse you if you take it yourself which is good. After all I love my car ! Thank you carvana!!
