For a variety of reasons, I did not want to deal with the hassle and stress of purchasing a car from a traditional dealership. Not only did I loathe the idea of taking time off of work to drive 2+ hours away to view a car I may not even want to buy, I am not a fan of the whole haggling experience. I was able to find exactly the car I wanted, at a reasonable mileage, and I am in love!
However, more importantly, the most positive aspect of my purchasing experience was my driver, Eris. After purchasing my car, I had no human contact (which, isn't necessarily a negative). Several days later, on the morning of my delivery, Eris called me to let me know there were cosmetic defects (some scrapes) that were not included in the original annotation of the car. She took pictures, advised me of the process to remedy the damage through a Carvana-approved cosmetic repair shop, and asked me to confirm if I still wanted her to bring the car. Because Eris took pictures and advised me ahead of time, I trusted the process and asked the car still be delivered. Upon meeting Eris a few hours later, I was thrilled to find that she was just as knowledgable, warm, and professional as she had been on the phone. As far as I was concerned, she was the face of Carvana, and I could not be happier.
Carvana, PLEASE recognize what an outstanding employee you have in Eris. She is by and large the reason I am taking the time to write this review and the reason I will recommend Carvana to everyone I know. Eris' demeanor and candor gave me confidence in my purchase, and I hope she is rewarded for her efforts. You have a true gem on your team.
