I've bought quite a few cars through the dealership and always left feeling like I got screwed... but never again. This was the easiest, fastest, and happiest I've ever been getting a car. I was leery at first but decided to pull the trigger after reading some good reviews online. The process was super quick, maybe a few hours at most. I set up the delivery and the driver was right on time. The car was in the condition as described on the site (I even had it checked by a local mechanic), and it runs awesome! Carvana has better pricing than Vroom and Beepi (who we also considered), and the customer service was top-notch. I just recently purchased my vehicle thru Carvana and it was so easy.

I have wasted weeks of my life, if you add up all the time I've spent at car dealerships, in my 41 years. NEVER AGAIN! I narrowed it down to 3 cars, then narrowed it further and chose a 12 Honda Crosstour. I wasn't sure how the financing part would go, but was SHOCKED to be approved at AMAZING terms. Once I decided on the Honda, and filled out the forms online from start to finish I was approved within seconds! I live 2hours from Atlanta so decided to drive there to get it. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. I have already recommended Carvana to at least 10 people and will continue to do so. My husband is wanting a new truck and we've already starting online shopping with Carvana. This will not be the last sale they get from me.

The car was picked up on a Monday and I received it on a Wednesday as it was only a 300 mile trip. Carvana made the buying process stress-free and answered any questions I had.

Ever wonder what we did for joy and laughter before Internet Memes? I wonder how I ever bought a car before Carvana. I cant express how little desire I have to ever set foot in a dealership again. I had one car on Carvana's advance hold, that ended up having a safety recall. Carvana contacted me and explained the situation and I shortly found another car I loved more. I had my Honda Crosstour delivered on a Saturday. The whole process was very easy. I don't know why anyone would ever use a brick and mortar car dealer.

The entire process, from selection to delivery has been great. The driver arrived within 10 mins of the scheduled time, and even called prior to let me know he'd be a few mins late. I was also able to save $500 last minute by calling in and adding a referral code to my purchase. The car was very clean - wouldn't go as far as to say it had been detailed (some dirt in door jams, some tire shine overspray on the body panels), but overall it looked very good. After a quick inspection, signed the papers and he was gone - left the test drive to be part of the 7 day trial period. I took the car to my local shop this morning, everything checked out. Some rust underneath, but that is to be expected from a northern car. Only other item they mentioned was the rear brake pads will need to be replaced in the next 10-15k miles. Overall I've been very pleased with the entire process and would definitely recommend them to others. Also want to add a prop for Lightstream.com as a great option for the loan, provided you have good credit. Rates as low as 2.19%, no lien on the vehicle, quick application process, and they transfer the money into your account as soon as the same day. The combination of Carvana and Lightstream has been a fantastic car buying experience!
