This was the most stress-free car buying experience I have ever had! I especially appreciated it because my car broke down on the side of the highway so the online process made it so easy instead of having to travel to a car lots in search of my next ride. I chose my vehicle..I actually changed it twice before I found the perfect car for me..a 2013 Honda CRV! Providing documents for proof of income and residency was easy and also signing my contract for the car was very easy. The car was delivered at the exact time I asked for & was spotless! Looks brand new and I couldn't be happier! I have already recommended the service to several co workers.

I bought a Honda CRV last week to replace a car that had been totaled in an accident. It just so happens I had purchased a truck about a month earlier at a dealer. The 2 experiences could not have been more different. I waited over 2 hours to meet with the Manager at the dealer and sign the paperwork. With Carvana, I did all that online. The delivery person called me twice to update me on her arrival time. The delivery process took only a few minutes, and then I was able to drive my new car.

It has only been a few days but I'm really happy with my purchase.
