Finding the car and purchase process online was really easy and great to work through. However, the original date I had requested for the vehicle to be delivered was on the day that we were having a party for my son. Per the message in regard to the deliver, we should have received a message when the driver was on their way. When I tried to use your robot system it indicated the delivery was still scheduled for that day. Once window slot provided passed, I knew the vehicle was not going to show up. A communication from the delivery team or the office who oversees the deliveries should have reached out to me and advised me that there wasn't a driver available for that day instead of me having to track down where my vehicle was. The staff that I spoke with on the phone after the failed delivery apologized for the miscommunication and was great to work with. The gentleman who actually delivered our car was extremely nice and stuck around to make sure all of our questions were answered, and we were happy with the car. Other than the first attempt of getting the car delivered, everything else was great.
