Used 2009-2011 Honda Civic

I bought my 2011 Honda Civic. Loved the buying process. Took about an hour and a half. Picked up my car the next day. So far so good. Car wasn't detailed inside very well. That was bad. It was dusty and later I found a used water bottle in the passengers area under the glove compartment. Otherwise good so far. 

It's only been 1 day since taking delivery of my 2013 Honda Civic. The process, the delivery driver, the customer service people are all EXCELLENT! As far as the car is concerned, the driver pointed out a "missing piece" rear right wheel well. I plan on taking the car to a Honda dealership to see what the remedy is. I also want to take that opportunity to have him check out the car thoroughly as well, as I know I am covered under the warrenty period. Like I said it's only 1 day, however I'm disappointed by the treadwear of the tires. I believe they're the original set when the car was purchased new and even though they passed inspection, I can tell 4 new tires will be needed soon. The tread life on my 2011 Ford Mustang I traded in had less wear on them.( I can send pics if you'd like.)

My entire experience with Carvana has been an extremely pleasant surprise. From the website, selection of vehicles, financing, and customer service, to the delivery of the vehicle. Simple, straightforward, and pretty much no issues whatsoever. The only thing that keeps me from giving 5/5 is my car showed some additional dings and nicks that were not shown on the website. Not a deal breaker but someone I would have liked to have known about.

I found Carvana by seeing the vending machine off the interstate. I was curious so, I looked into it. We needed a car, and it was so easy to search for exactly what I wanted. I picked it what I wanted, had plenty of resources to make a confident decision to purchase the car. I knew exactly what I was getting, and it was so easy! Customer service stayed in contact with me all week with updates on my car and the delivery and everything they needed to make sure my delivery went smoothly. On the day of delivery, the driver called and let me know he was on the way, and he then called when he was 10 minutes out. It was so courteous. The driver was very thorough and cautious when he unloaded the car, and took time to explain all of the policies to us. The customer service from this company is incredible. When we got the car, it had a bag full of goodies. The car was spotless, and clearly freshly detailed. It had a full tank of gas which was a nice touch. The car drives like a dream. We genuinely feel we got the best value for our money, and we were able to completely skip the dealership where they would of overcharged for sure. Thank you, Carvana, for this amazing experience! We will be back when it is time for another car.

And I don't mean that to be negative. It's that buying a car completely online is a scary thought. But Carvana was very open with the 360 of my car that I viewed online about every small dig, etc, so I knew exactly what I was getting when I arrived to test drive my new vehicle. All of their staff was extremely helpful and made the process fun and at the same time, they put my reservations at ease. Thank you, Guys!

I bought this car a week ago and I am so glad I bought through carvana. Buying a car shouldn't be a stressful with price negotiations etc..Carvana is the best choice of buying autos in 21st century with 7 days return policy, no questions asked. It's like shopping at Amazon. It's that easy :-)

I was unsure about the whole process, especially since this was a very large purchase. Although after the competitive pricing, warranty and the 7-day return policy It was too good to not move forward with. Over all I feel like this was a very easy and stress-free experience.
