Used Green cars

I've had this car for about a month. I drive for uber so I needed a gas efficient car with a spacey interior! I drive about 200-300 miles/day and I fill up twice a day and average of $40 /week on gas!! This is awesome ! I like the car, the spacey interior, the technology inside, and the body shape. now I was disappointed with a few things. The acceleration on the car is extremely slow! You have to press the grass all the way just to get it running at a decent speed. If you press it like any other car, you'll be accelerating very slow at a green light and get a lot of angry drivers! Now I understand one reason they do this is to save gas but this is very frustrating ! Another thing I don't like is road noise! There is a huge amount of road noise on highways even though the drive is very smooth! I don't know why this is, but it's also very frustrating. Those are really the two complains I have but if anyone is just looking for a gas efficient car(not caring about looks) then I will recommend!

Where do I start? I found my 2013 Passat on the site and spent a few days looking through it. I had my fiancé look it over, and after getting the green light, from the boss ;) I logged in and clicked the purchase button. From there I uploaded my docs and finalized the whole process. I got a call from some of the "advocates" who treated me as their name suggest, fairly and honestly, and they scheduled my delivery. The car was being shipped from their reconditioning facility in Atlanta to us here in Phoenix and I thought it would be a hassle setting all that up, but they took care of EVERYTHING. I literally just sat back and waited and about a week later my car arrived. I can honestly say it looked even better in person than it did on the site!!! Way to go guys, best car buying experience ever.

Let me start by saying, I dont have a knowledgeable dad that can take me to a dealership and haggle over prices. Carvana ran my credit with a soft credit check, and i was able to shop EVERY SINGLE CAR on their website with clear terms of monthly payment, down payment AND delivery fee. I was very skeptical, but once i pulled the trigger, there were no surprise fees, no dealer fees, no "she's not watching, lets add another fee" fee. They asked for one extra paystub, and then sent me a text telling me my drop off day was green lighted,. There was no "conversations with managers", no waiting all day to sign contracts, no fast and confusing talk. The young lady that dropped my car off was personable, clear about my paperwork, and genuinely nice. I have told ALL my friends to look into Carvana. I will never go back to a dealership unless i want to buy a new car.

I got a very low mileage Honda CVR. Pros: car delivered to doorstep, looked like in the photos, was clean, customer service was readily available by telephone, 7-day trial is very useful so you feel you have time to really try out the car without someone looking over your shoulder, the delivery person gave gift cards for gas as it was not delivered with a full tank, I am very happy with car and kept it. Cons: only issue was that some routine maintenance (oil change, air filter etc.) needed to be done, which I discovered through taking the car to my local repair place for a diagnostic check-up during the trial period. Carvana itself gave the green light for the repairs to be done and to cover the costs, but there was obviously some miscommunication between Carvana and their affiliate warranty company about what would be covered. It was finally sorted out but do (1) get the car checked out as soon as you start your trial period and (2) if you do find out it needs some work done, make sure to get Carvana to confirm this in writing before you go back to any repair place.

The web site made it so much easier and efficient to find just the car we were looking for. The reps on the phone I called were extremely helpful and made the process go smoothly. The only "bumps in the road" were delivery day delays and two undocumented, but fixable wear defects on the car. Carvana stepped up and immediately compensated us for the defects. I had my mechanic check the car and he gave me a green light on the car's condition. Lastly, the car was my wife's birthday present and knowing this, they delivered the car with a colorful bow inside and a small gift for her! Beyond expectations! Carvana is our new place to buy a car!!

I purchased my vehicle almost a month ago and I'm still dealing with issues. It took days to get an agreement for the purchase between Carvana and 3rd party lender. When I did finally get the green light I picked up the vehicle and noticed that there were issues with the vehicle itself. It has now been in and out of the shop multiple times leaving me without transportation and it's still not fixed. I feel that avoiding having the hassle of going to a dealership has led to more prolonged frustration than necessary.

I was a bit skeptical at first, but after having conversations with the folks at Carvana, and beginning the process, I was sold!! I had an absolutely wonderful experience. There was a set back regarding my trade in, but that was easily resolved. Nothing major. Delivery was made as promised, and the vehicle is in excellent shape!! I took it to a dealer for a pre-purchase inspection, and was told the car was in the "green" on all counts. So happy with my purchase...

Everyday I see these nice, pretty cars that I wish I could own. All these pretty Chargers, Challengers, Optimas, BMWs, Camaros, and Mustangs (to name a few), I've always dreamed of owning something nice. I don't have the best credit so dealerships always turned me down; and the ones that approved me wanted over $5k down. Then I found Carvana.com; the best thing that has ever happened to my personal pleasure. Because of this company, I went from owning a 2001 Mercury Grand Marquis, painted lime green (yuck), to a 2015 Kia Optima SX Turbo with a panoramic sunroof! Best part? Carvana only wanted $1300 down with a fair monthly note! That same credit I tried to buy a $12k car with and kept getting denied for or had to put over $5k down? Carvana gave me a second chance with an $18k car, only putting $1300 down! Will I buy another vehicle from Carvana? "You darn skippy!" Will I recommend Carvana to a friend? Pssh; I've told every co-worker, promoted you guys on my Facebook, AND in the process of helping my fiance buy a car through you guys! Carvana changed my LIFE!

This was by far the best truck buying experience. The advocates were always so happy and helpful and knew all the answers immediately. Jacari Green was the advocate that delivered my truck, and he was nothing more than ecstatic for my delivery and was very fast and safe at unloading the truck and loading my trade in. The paper work at delivery was a breeze thanks to Jacari! I am in absolute love with my truck from Carvana. I would highly recommend Carvana to anyone and everyone!

I'd recommend this service to anyone. My only problem is the car was advertised as black but it's debatably green. Service was great and fast an easy.
