I just purchased a 2014 Terrain and brought it home yesterday. This was the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had!!! Everyone in customer service was fantastic and so helpful. I started out by reserving a Terrain and when it had arrived, the customer service representative informed me of a recall item that could not be repaired at this time. Then I reserved another Terrain that I didn't think would be available to meet my timely needs. I found a newer model with less miles and only $250 more. I purchased so easily and had it delivered to Dallas for free where I flew out and picked it up and drove it back to Albuquerque. Taking possession was a breeze and Rob was a great guy and helped my pair my phone to Bluetooth before he left. This is an amazing company and I will never use another company or method to purchase a vehicle. Carvana is THE BEST!!!

I've never had a easier time purchasing a vehicle. I was dreading driving from car lot to car lot to buy a car. To be able to view a car inside and out from the comforts of home was fantastic. Though Grateful for my vehicle this was the worst process ever. I was told I was approved, then told I was not. I was told my vehicle would be delivered the next day, then it was not. I was told a multiplicity of things that were not carried out. I was lied to and the process was extremely extensive and nothing like what was promised. However I am extremely happy with my vehicle which was also delivered smelling like gas because the cap was left off of the oil. My full tank went out in 2 days. Vehicle was left in the shop for a day over nothing. Had to get an UBER to work only to be told a cap was only left off. Nevertheless, Carvana was nice enough to send me 2 gift cards that covered it.
