Used GMC with Manual

For me, Carvana has challenged the old adage, "If it seems too good to be true, it probably is." I was apprehensive buying a car on-line. I read all of their promises and seriously thought about braving the car dealership again. It just looked too easy. But, I took a chance; keeping a copy of all of the promises made in their advertisements. The words, "False Advertising" kept running through my mind. To my amazement, THEY KEPT ALL OF THEIR PROMISES. Not only that, but they exceeded them! The vehicle arrived as scheduled. The deliveryman (not a salesman) was extremely polite and helpful. His only fault was not knowing all of the ins and outs of the vehicle's electronics. But, I suppose that comes from dealing in so many different kinds of cars. Anyway, it's nothing I can't figure out with the owner's manual and YouTube. The vehicle is wonderful. The 7 Day "Test Own" is a fantastic safety net. I took the vehicle to a dealership for a multi-point inspection at my own expense. The vehicle got a clean bill-of-health. In fact, the serviceman said the car had been taken very good care of. Carvana Team: Thank you for a job exceedingly well done. I will buy from you again and refer my friends and family to you as well. I Bought 2015 GMC August3,2018 Love the truck Little dirty in he inside and no manual for the truck. No Hassel easy .

I got my 2015 GMC terrain delivered to me on March 5th. I love my truck. My original delivery date of February 27th was changed due to bad weather, but when I told the customer advocate I had a rental, he agreed to pay my rental of 25 dollars a day up to 250.00. In my previous automobile purchases, I have NEVER had any of the salespeople offer me anything close to that. I would have liked to have given my experience a 5 star, but I have watched and read reviews since I first learned about Carvana and I did NOT have a gift bag like the customers I watched and read about. I had NO owner's manual in the glove box which was not mentioned in the description so right now, whenever I need to do anything like when I needed to change my clock for daylight savings, I had to use Google as my owner's manual. Other than that, my experience was great and I'll probably NEVER step foot into another car dealership again. Thank you Carvana

looked at the website for approximately for 5 I looked for 5 days I found the exact truck I want it with low mileage it happened to be a GMC Terrain with 13,000 miles. It had one owner and a clean carfax report I read all the reviews and sorta had second thoughts on my sales process. It was delivered a week late due to the storm in the Midwest a driver from Hub pulled right in front of my house unloaded it. Told me to take a Spin. Well I ran it on the highway nearby. I went 55 speed limit. It was great. Best 4 cylinder. Then had a checklist I made. Everything Great. Carvana had a full tank of Gas and Clean to Perfection. I was even sent a manual for the truck. I am currently waiting on my Registration. The Financing was Great!

We found the vehicle that we have been wanting, we provided the necessary documentation and picked the vehicle up. Each individual that I dealt with was respectful and friendly. I will use Carvana again.

THe whole process was so easy and the personnel were gracious and pleasant to me and the credit union we use. The delivery was like Christmas and we are very pleased with Carvana !

I just purchased a 2014 Terrain and brought it home yesterday. This was the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had!!! Everyone in customer service was fantastic and so helpful. I started out by reserving a Terrain and when it had arrived, the customer service representative informed me of a recall item that could not be repaired at this time. Then I reserved another Terrain that I didn't think would be available to meet my timely needs. I found a newer model with less miles and only $250 more. I purchased so easily and had it delivered to Dallas for free where I flew out and picked it up and drove it back to Albuquerque. Taking possession was a breeze and Rob was a great guy and helped my pair my phone to Bluetooth before he left. This is an amazing company and I will never use another company or method to purchase a vehicle. Carvana is THE BEST!!!
