Used GMC Yukon with Manual

Couldn't be happier with my car buying experience with Carvana! Customer service was spectacular and the advocates were awesome. Easiest and best way to buy a car.

I had an awesome experience. In the beginning it started out rocky but in the end the advocates worked it out. Thwy were all so very helpful answering my many questions I had concerning the process. I would recommend carvana to any and everyone I know. 

This was the easiest car buying experience EVER!!

I understand may case may be unique, but this caused me a lot of anxiety. I did not like talking to a different customer advocate every time I called. The note in my file to call my cell phone in case of changes was overlooked. I did not receive a call from customer service as stated on the 6th day of ownership.

I bought my car two weeks ago and I'm so happy with my purchase, it was an easy purchase process. I had a great experience with Carvana.

This was my first purchase through Carvana and I would do it again. I knew what vehicle I wanted and found one of the better deals on this website. The trade in value on my car was lower than what I was hoping but with a referral credit and a tax discount, the numbers work out about the same. The SUV arrived when I they said it would, however, there was a lot more wear and tear than was indicated. I am very picky when it comes to this and I wish they had more high resolution photos to review, like Car Max does. However, it was not enough to change my mind. The SUV also had 1400 more miles on it than was advertised. Carvana made this right by offering $0.25 per mile different. I countered and asked for two new tires and they agreed, stating that it was a deal that worked better for me! The delivery advocate was awesome to work with and was super nice and helpful through the whole process. I talked with their customer service a few times as well and they were nice and efficient and very helpful.

It's been 7 days and I have had to take the car to the dealer to realign the front end and have had the car detailed to rid the car of smoke. It may need the cabin air filter replaced if after the carpets get steam cleaned the smell is still present. I am very disappointed this wasn't disclosed as a consumer and non-smoker. I would have never purchased this vehicle if it had been disclosed.

Ok, it was not perfect, we had some minor details and they went out of their way to fix them all, Thanks to Stephen from Miami (He delivered my car on pouring rain), Thanks to Cindy, John and all the other advocates that I had the pleasure to talk to, You guys Rock!!! I Love my 2014 GMC Yukon and I even showed the Carvana site at the dealer while they made my second key (Of Course I did not had to pay a penny, Carvana took care of that for me). I was like guys... They are going to eat your lunch!!! I have purchased many New and Used cars in my life, nothing was as relaxing as buying a car with Carvana, The car was not perfect but their service made it. They took care of everything and anything that was wrong in the car for me, their advocates are there to help and they do a great job at it. To everyone out there, This is the future, I will not buy a car any other way from now on. Remember that we are buying Used cars and used cars have been used, some of the complaints I have seen on the site do not make any sense as people have to realize they are purchasing a Used vehicle. If Carvana get's on the business of selling new cars, they will take the market by a storm.
