The entire process was flawless from the truck selection a 2015 GMC Sierra 1500 regular Cab with 12,306 miles selection to my finance with Y-12 to the delivery that was right on projection to customer service.

Was turned down by gm dealership said not enough credit.Found Caravana online put in application and was approved.This was easy to buy online kinda scary at first but reviews saw how people could be happy.By the way love my truck Thanks Caravan for giving me a chance.GM you need to take lessons from them after I bought truck gm called and said now they could finance 2 weeks Caravan 2 hours Could not say enough.

What you see is what you get. Website is spot on and when the vehicle arrives it's better than you had hoped. It's really too easy. So, expect epic-ness when dealing with these folks because that's what you'll get. And the person that drops off the vehicle would be a great sales person if carvana actually had sales people because they are exactly the type of folks you'd want to buy something from... If that makes any sense.

I looked at multiple dealerships for a Sierra or Silverado to buy. Being able to see the final price up front, see a full 360 degree view of the vehicle inside and out including all the good and even the small negligible blemish, get a full vehicle history report up front, as well as being able to do the process on my own time from the comfort of home made me feel comfortable with the process knowing exactly what I was getting and feel that the entire process was honest and transparent.  The seven day no questions asked test drive alleviated any concerns I had about buying a car completely online.  The actual purchase process was a breeze.  The few questions I had, the Carvana Advocates were very helpful to get me taken care of to make the process easy.  I highly recommend Carvana to everyone I know.  This process was unlike any purchase I have ever made.

Bought a truck 3-weeks ago. The process was simple. I submitted the paperwork on line, verified that the payment was available in 3-way phone call with bank & Carvana. They showed up on time at my front door with the vehicle, loaded by trade in and was done in 30-min. Got KBB trade in value for the trade. Title & registration arrived today.
