I am overall happy the process, but the car was not entirely clean upon delivery. There were also some electrical issues that I discovered on day 2 of having the car. There were chips in the windshield as well. Now, I will say Carvana allowed me to get all of these fixed, but I had to arrange everything - talking to Carvana, their warranty company, the locations they recommended me visit to get repairs, and the "out of network" locations I had to go to because the Carvana recommendations could not make the repair. It took a lot of back and forth phone calls to make everything happen. If this was a dealership, I could have taken it all there to be fixed and it would have been easy. I could have also asked to have the car detailed, because I was not delivered a detailed car.
