Used 2009-2011 Ford Mustang

This was the easiest purchase I've ever made! At first I was a little skeptical of an online vehicle purchase, because my dad taught me to always road test a vehicle. Well, this experience absolutely was hands down one of the best decisions I've made. All paperwork taken care of, user friendly website (desktop easier than mobile), courteous staff on the phone and in person, only about a half hour for delivery including test drive, and delivered straight to my front door! No, I haven't been paid to write this...lol...but I will say I absolutely LOVE my 2009 Ford Mustang GT convertible 45th Anniversary Edition! Thank you all at CARVANA again.

Bought my 2011 mustang a couple weeks ago, did come with a dent and scratch on the hood from transport but they offered to fix it no problem. Been busy so haven't been able to take care of that yet but best car buying experience ever. Will buy from here again.

I had an issue with my computer and called the 1 800 number and they finished the transaction.

Saw a commercial for Carvana and logged on to check it out. 15m in I saw the car of my dreams. I said "no way can I buy a car online". My concerns were what if I don't like it, what if something is wrong with it? I took a chance and I was super excited to get me car. I waited patiently (don't ask my wife if I really was patient. Mark and Chris knocked out socks off delivery day. I think they were just as excited as I was for my mustang. They walked us through the bells and whistles. Mark and Chris truly knocked us off our socks. Carvana you are truly lucky to have these two wonderful guys working for you. First day driving the car I popped a error code. Called Carvana and they were awesome. I took it to Ford and no issues, but Carvana paid for a new key fob! Anyone that is worried about if you'll like it, Carvana stuck by the 7 day warranty. They called day 4 and even checked in. All and all a great experience. I even got my mom to buy a car from Carvana. Not to happy you don't honor the referral $500 in Virginia. I've been plugging you guys like crazy...
