This is my 3rd time buying from Carvana. My first two experiences were seamless. This one was very frustrating. My delivery was rescheduled for 5 days later than the original date. I received last minute emails requesting information with very short turn-around deadlines to prevent delivery from being rescheduled again. Car was delivered with a cosmetic problem that was not disclosed. They agreed to pay for the repair, but I have to make arrangements for the repair on my own time. There was a glitch in the online payment system (Plaid) that resulted in failure of my electronic payment. I was notified of the payment failure 3 days after the car was delivered. Carvana provided inconsistent explanations (insufficient funds, incorrect bank account information) that did not make sense. I spent three days resolving the electronic payment failure, stayed in contact with Carvana the whole time, but continued to receive emails and calls eventually threatening to repossess the car. All is resolved now but it was frustrating and stressful, which is not what I expected from Carvana.
