No manual (although the site says that's important and will be included); no floor mats; and, no second key. Why these weren't included is a puzzle to me. The floor mats were ordered after the sale as was the manual: neither received yet. As to the key, the Carvana delivery person said to have one made and the warranty company would pay. It's been a real pain to have it made, mostly because the warranty company puts you on hold forever and because I live in a rural area. Today I waited at least 20 minutes for them to answer. Good news is . . . I have a second key, although I was put to about 2 hours of trouble to get it. The Carvana business model is great and I enjoyed the process. ALL of the reps have been friendly and helpful. I am very impressed with its customer service. And (and this was the point, right?) the car was clean and exactly as advertised. The DCT 6 speed really gives it a sporty feel, it definitely feels like a manual shifting which could be a pro or con depending on the person, but I love it. The focus has a very sporty feeling handling and a nice tight suspension, which makes for a fun drive. It has decent acceleration, especially considering the car class that it's in. Interior wise it's decent, I love the sync, and the look of the dash and while the interior is cheap, as expected for the class, it feels a bit more upscale than competitors. The a/c is ice cold, and the seats are decent though I wish they had adjustable lumbar support (I drive 2 hours a day round trip to work). The back seat is a bit cramped for passengers if you expect to have many, but it does have a decent stow capacity, especially when you let the seats down. I would definitely recommend one of these to someone who wants a sporty feeling car without losing MPG while also looking for something dependable for daily driving at a cheap price point. - Katelyn B.SEP 12, 20182015 Ford FocusAvondale, AZI started my purchase on the 28th of August and was so excited to see that my car would be ready for pick-up on the 30th! Well, they brought the car down and it had a dead battery, and I would have to wait a few more days to pick up my car so they could complete an inspection. Carvana customer service was AMAZING and offered to drop the car off to me at work. Instead, I decided to pick it up at the vending machine on Labor Day (Yes, they were open!). It was a smooth process and I got to take my test drive before signing. This is when I noticed my battery light was on & that the car was kinda dirty (I didn't mind wiping it down myself, but I expected it to at least not have visibly dusty/ dirty vents and interior). I notified the attendant about the battery and he told me to take it to a Ford dealership.The battery terminals weren't cleaned when Carvana replaced the battery & did the inspection. It was no problem for Carvana to pay for the cleaning at the dealership & they even offered to reimburse me for it if the extended warranty company didn't approve it (Silverfox was amazing and approved it). When I went for the battery cleaning, it turned out that there was more wrong with the car (Transmission & Coolant Reservoir) and it would take more than a week for the dealership to look at it, which would be after my 7 day money back guarantee. I called Carvana and they let me know that because my car wasn't under Ford's warranty anymore, that I could take it to any certified mechanic OR they would extend my warranty so a dealership could look at it. I opted to have another mechanic look at the car and Carvana paid for my coolant reservoir to be replaced. The transmission turned out to be fine, but Carvana was willing to get it fixed if it wasn't. Who knew that the Ford Focus had a manual transmission in an automatic car? The gist of my experience: The customer service was amazing. The Vending Machine is too over-hyped. The car was not in the best shape but got fixed.Read More3.8 OUT OF 5

I did have a couple of issues with missing items in my vehicle that were supposed to be there. Customer service promptly ordered the parts from the dealership and over nighted me a gift card to take care of one of the cosmetic issues. Everyone I have come in contact throughout the purchase process and even after have been so friendly and eager to help me in any way possible.
