Used Ford Explorer with Manual

Everything was smooth except keys: only one key (I have to go purchase another.... $60), did not have default door code so I can put my own personal code in.... $50 for dealer to get me code...had 2 fobs on keyring but no one knew what they were (2weeks later I find out they are remote start fobs). Also still receiving emails asking me to buy when I purchased vehicle already and they can't tell me why I get these daily. Customer service I would have to take care of the key situation myself

Had nothing but good luck with carvana taking care of the vehicle even when there was some small mechanical issues with no charge I will definitely be recommending carvana to all my friends and family thank you carvana team you've made buying a car very special awesome and affordable thank you. I purchased my vehicle last week and it was delivered to me. The purchase process was very smooth and i literally had a hassle free experience. To start off i lost my keys for my current car and was unable to meet the delivery girl at my home as planned, she came to pick me up in order to deliver the car which i thought was awesome. Secondly, i noticed there were a few issues with my car. I notified carvana about the issues and after sending them the requested photos and repair quotes, carvana offered to pay for all of the repairs including the windshield and mirror damage. They paid for me to have a rental vehicle for the initial diagnosis of the car issues. Carvana has been excellent in handling everything thus far, hopefully this remains the case. If so i will be purchasing all of my future used vehicles through them. The only recommendation i have is that they should also sale new vehicles and have the option of delivering more than one vehicle for live comparison.

I was worried about going to a car lot and trying to buy a car because my credit was not so good. Caravan made buying a car even with not so good credit really easy.

The process was straight forward and to the point.

Overall great experience......need some work on the IT side, a lot of issues with not being able to do everything online

Best car buying experience of my life and I've bought plenty of cars.

I am not sure if this is the "way of the future" for buying a used car, but it is one of the best. The whole process could not be any easier, especially since you do not have to "haggle" with a used car salesman. Once you've found what you looking for, you get a very detailed description of the vehicle along with a photo of every scratch. nick or dent. The photos are of the actual car you're looking to buy, not a stock photo of a similar model. Prices are very fair, usually under the KBB suggested price. You also get to see the Carfax report. You can ask any questions about it and the representatives will find out the answer. If you are thinking of financing the car, you have the ability to see what rate you quality for and you can choose either the term of the financing or the monthly payment. And since the rate can vary based on the term of the loan, you can determine which rate you want as well. You fix one of the options (say the term of the note) and you get to see what the payments will be based on different down payment amounts. Once that is all finished and you decide to buy the car, the vehicle is DELIVERED TO YOU within a day or two. If you want, you can go to Carvana's facility to pick up the vehicle and they will pay for a part of your travel expenses to get there. You test drive the vehicle right there and can accept or decline the vehicle. Even if you accept the vehicle, you still get 7 days to to decide if you are going to keep it. (The is a milage limit, of course). Even after the 7 days, there is still a 100 day, ~4100 mile warranty on the vehicle (subject to a $100 deductible.) If you return the vehicle within the 7 days, you get a full refund. All the paperwork is done online and you get copies of everything. The car I received was exactly as it was represented. The purchase could not be easier. And there were no surprises. No hidden fees. I know its a little different buying a car this way, but if you know what you want, and they have it, getting it could not be easier. The only recommendation I would make is to determine what you want before you shop here. While you do get all monies back if you return or reject the vehicle, undoing the financing and insurance may be a pain. I test drove many cars locally while I was shopping for a car, but once I made my mind up as to what I was getting, I search Carvana for that type of vehicle and found it. At a much better price than the local dealerships, used car lots and even Carmax. I can see where the selection of vehicles Carvana has may be limited, but if you can find one on their site, the purchase will be the easiest of any car you've ever bought.

After searching online car sites, I finally came across Carvana and purchased a 2012 Ford Explorer. What a difference Carvana is. No high pressure, great customer service and always willing to answer questions. I was hesitant at first, but once I talked to the Customer Advocates I had a much better feel about how this would work. I selected a car and went through the process online and when I became stuck, the advocates were there to help. We had some issue with delivery, but that was worked out by the advocate and my car was on its way. Great buying process, great delivery process, and a great car, at a great price. Glad I found Carvana.
