My husband and I decided it was time for a bigger car. We owed money on our trade and thought our dream car was out of our reach. We had heard about Carvana but was afraid there would be a catch. We got pre-approval and started browsing and even got an estimate for our trade. Trade in was very fair and we figured why not browse. We browsed over the course of a week, so peaceful! Never did Carvana hassle us or make us feel pressured, but made assured us they were there if we needed them. The down payments were fair and we found a car we loved. We were nervous throughout the process that something would happen. We put in our request to buy Saturday at 8a, by 2p, the details of the car were already worked out. It took about a 45 minute phone call where they confirmed my details and explained the process. We were supposed to receive our car on Monday but due to a logistics issue, it did not arrive. The customer service agent I spoke with was very unfriendly about the situation. I spoke to another agent later on the matter and they deeply apologize. We ended up picking up our car on Thursday (this was the day that worked for our schedule). Car was just as advertised and the trade in process was simple. While we test drove and checked out our new car, the agent was looking over ours. The whole process took maybe 20 minutes. The agent was helpful and kind and we walked out with the car of our dreams. Carvana appears to buy clean and low milage cars and it shows. We love our Expedition. If you are thinking about giving them a chance, do it. It's so easy and they honestly care about the customer, not just a sale like a traditional dealer. Oh and did I mention, Carvana gives you a warranty?!? Crazy, I know. But 100 days or 4k miles blows it's competition out of the water. Carvana is the smarter way you buy a car.
